We want your GentleToes kit to feel comfortable. If it isn't right for you, tell us and we'll refund you in full. No long forms, no hassle.

How it works

• You have 90 nights from the day your order is delivered.
• Email us at support@gentletoes.com with your order number and let us know the kit isn't right for you.
• You don't need to send anything back. Keep the kit or donate it to someone who can use it.
• We reply within 1 business day.

Your refund

Your full refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days after you contact us. Your bank or card company may need a few extra days to show it.

One guarantee per order

The guarantee applies once per order. If we see repeated refund requests from the same address or customer, we may take a closer look, and we'll always be kind about it.
